Poor service. For system hanging HP customer care gave us your no for payment and fresh CD. You have sent 3 CD and after loading it does not work . we wasted 2 weeks in the process and also no instruction sheet or anything with CD . IMPORTANT ENQUIRY .. Is it a con job / SCAM sending windows update request by notification from HP , then if we update systems hangs and then we approach HP . HP directs to IP SOFT. IP SOFT send 3 Cd that does not restore windows and makes money for a problem it created. IP Softcom invoice has phone number that is not picked up .,no email address and postal address in Rudhrapur.
