Buyer beware, the insurance they try to sell you is a scam! The finance department is misleading. And the extensive inspection they do on used RVs does not include the tires. The tire insurance only covers tires if they blow out all the insurance they sold us (8k worth) and none it helped us with tires. We cancelled all the insurance and here we are about 5 months later and Optimum RV is still holding our 8k. Furthermore, when you cancel insurance the insurance company refunds it to Optimum RV. So thanks for selling us a bunch of rotted tires, thanks for telling us the insurance is bumper to bumper , and give us back our freakin money back!
