Beautiful place. Not expensive, have a shower, toilet. Both shared and in room. On the territory of a washing machine, shop, local pub. On foot to the railway station 10 min. To Rome by train 20 min. Very comfortable place. Sometimes it can be noisy, but these are trifles for people who are tired all day and want to sleep :)
