This is the most complicated and least user friendly program I have EVER used. Every day I have to field calls regarding issues logging in and registering never working correctly. Very little features available that other programs have readily accessible. If you are looking for an easy formatted program for employees to use, DO NOT use this one.
This product creates more problems than it fixes. There are plenty of other programs in this field that do infinitely better in every way when it comes to having access to paystubs, PTO management, and access to VERY important tax documents. Avoid using this company at all costs.
