It's important we felt that the Customer Service desk is perhaps nearer the front than being at the very back of the store.

Also the attitude of the guy serving as the: Reception staff, could be more pleasant and polite...coming across as somewhat smarmy and cocky really didn't make the experience appealing when we dropped off some food for them a few weeks back, with it being our first ever visit there.

Although the other staff members were polite that we briefly passed by.
