This hotel was lovely from the moment of checking in to checking out everything went smoothly & quickly. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was fresh and tasty, the pool area was a good size and clean. Added bonus for me was access to executive lounge which comes along with the room (junior suite). You can go and help yourself to cold drinks and snacks. It was central to local attractions like Yas water park, Warner Bros, Ferrari world, Yas mall and many more attractions. However, the biggest thing for me at this hotel was the staff. The staff were amazing. I want to mention a couple as they went that extra mile for me which I totally appreciated. The 2 people at reception Kola and Karim. Kola organised a surprise cake for my nephews birthday who is out there working and we were visiting. Karim organised a discount on the restaurant we were having dinner in. They both always had a smile and excellent customer service skills and nothing was to big for them to handle. So thank you guys. Also at the breakfast area I want to thank Ruma and trainee Silk who always smiled and gave great service. So thank you ladies. But all the staff were lovely and deserved a pat on the back for all they do. I will be booking up same time next year and bring my husband and son along to experience this lovely hotel.
