Absolutely horrible service. I've been using them for 6 months now. WiFi continually drops. I have to reset the router to get it back online. That happens at least 3 times a week. I game a lot so I'm constantly using the computer and I get lag spikes using constantly using a wired connection. Ping is horrendous on every server. Also their customer service is terrible. You will end up on hold for hours. I'm only using them because they are the only provider where I live. It's so bad that I will be moving next year just so that I can have internet in my home.
