I m really disappointed with Yelp. I have been a contributing member a long time and they recently removed some of my most important reviews to date for Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, New Rez, and New Penn Financial. We are being forced out of our home by Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing just two years after the death of my wife. I have a special needs child and we have lost virtually every thing because of circumstances beyond our control. By removing my reviews, you support a corrupt, evil business bent on making American families in multiple states homeless for a fast profit. We survive on social security and have known tremendous hardship you cannot imagine. Yelp must have been paid by the business. My reviews leave a mark because they are honest and surgically accurate. You just made the wall of shame. I would go as far as to say not to trust Yelp as a feedback website if they can be paid to remove negative reviews and selectively promote certain business. That exhibits bias Yelp is not supposed to possess.
