No one answers the Phone.

No one answers the Phone.
At 9.40pm I felt hungry so attempted to call room service so it rang and it rang and it rang. No reply. So I tried the front ..desk...it rang but no reply. Then the operator no reply. Then concierge...no reply. It was now 10pm....so I rang emergency and would you believe it no one replied. Thank goodness I wasn't having a heart attack. At 10.10pm went down to reception....plenty of staff around....I asked the duty manager why no one answered the phones....you've guessed it no reply. I'm a Platinum member so stay regularly in these hotels. It's the worse one I've even been to. Gone to bed with no meal. What a dump. Some training in customer care is needed here. Avoid it.
