This place changed my life forever. I owe my dedication for sport and fitness to Jon and Olivia. I trained at DTS every week for many years and I miss it like crazy. Moving away from them for college was (and still is) hard. But because I learned so much from them, I have been able to keep my physical fitness in tact while away at the University of Florida. Best place in central Florida for private training! It's like one big swole family.
