Absolutely love this spin studio!!! Elise class on Sunday is by far the best class I have ever taken at the studio! Her passion for spinning and fitness really give the whole room an energy that is contagious. The tone class she started makes every muscle hurt in ways I didn t know was possible. I bring every person I can to her classes. I make it well known SoHo cycling is the only spin studio I go to and Elise s class are the only classes I will take!!!
