Pool area is too small and always completely full....

Pool area is too small and always completely full. We came at 2:30 pm and couldn t eat or drink, because the restaurant stars work at 5 pm and bar at 4 pm. The small bar next to the pool also was overfull. It s like a cheap Mexican resort. There are at the pool a lot of people who are not from this hotel. They took off our towels while we swam and tried to steal our things. Where does the security look ???
Good ocean view rooms. Good room service. Good beach.
