My experience with Computers plus has been astonishing! The service I have received from computers plus over the past five years I can truly say that this is the best computer store in Evansville. I know you can buy from online retailers, or other local companies but the service and attention to detail that Bill and his staff provide is second to none and keeps me coming back. The service department turnaround times are swift and repairs are accurate. Prices are competitive and the merchandise you are sold is matched to YOUR needs, not Computers Plus's bottom line. The Computer Plus staff's goal is not to sell the most lavish product, but to give you a comprehensive solution tailored to your needs . The Computers plus product specialists are knowledgeable, and pleasant while taking the time to match you with the correct solution the first time. The staff has a diverse set of skills that they use to assist you when there is an issue that you might be having trouble with, and they really enjoy finding solutions for customers coming in with problems that other stores led them to believe there was no repair for.
As a business owner I am a firm believer that a lot can be said about a company by listing to their former employees, and as a former Computers Plus employee I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality in service, great prices, and professionalism.
