Our first order from Hickory Park was in 2016 when we ordered Hancock & Moore leather chairs and an ottoman from Karen D. via internet/telephone service. Karen was well informed on leather and finish choices and patiently provided many pricing quote options. We were extremely pleased with her service and the quality of the finished items which led us to use Hickory Park again in 2018. We moved in 2018 leaving most of our furniture behind, so we traveled to NC in Oct where we spent three full days furniture shopping. Karen provided advance phone assistance prior to our trip but referred us to BJ H. as our in-store sales rep who engaged assistance from designer, Angie A. We purchased 14 items primarily using catalogues, fabric samples, and the room planner tool. We also ordered an additional leather chair from Karen after returning home and once again, she was invaluable in selecting finish choices. We received delivery this week and everything worked perfectly in our home. Traveling to NC to use Hickory Park's services was worth it for us given the size of our order, the complementary design assistance, and the discounts. Karen, BJ, and Angie were instrumental in the furnishing of our home, and we could not have made so many well-coordinated, ideal choices without their expert assistance. We will definitely shop with Hickory Park again for any future furniture needs.
