Shipped my Nikon D810 for cleaning with specific instructions and detailed information about my concern. Shipping to make it before christmas $150 + $260 for cleaning. Received my camera back with exact same dust specs on the same spot in my viewfinder. Seems like 2 girls work the customer service one of them not too friendly and very annoyed when asked any question.

2 weeks wait time and $400 dollars lighter pocket with the same result at the end.
