I was not a new customer at Metro Lexus, what was new was handling the purchase of such significance ALONE. I was lucky to happen to land with one of the most professional and kind people in business: Peter Mapp. He treated me with the care and kindness usually reserved for family. In the process of exploring a new vehicle, Pete arranged for me to work with the technology expert , and at my age that is a scary concept in an of itself. I met with Skylar and almost from the first meeting, I had a friend. She is a patient teacher, a good listener, and an overall kind and thoughtful human being. I am navigating technology with a new confidence because of her. We have already set up a follow up appointment to insure I am making the most of this vehicle.
Who knew that going to buy a car could end up such a positive experience?!
