Super bad! In April 2019, IZA instituted that paper invoices will cost money. Invoicing is only free of charge if you yourself log in to MijnIZA and look up the account there. I have submitted a complaint about this. The complaints department pretends that it is a request and does not belong to them. You have to approach the right department yourself. Another complaint submitted, same pattern. Then called and finally I got someone who was dealing with the complaint. I indicated that stopping paper should have happened at the beginning of the year, not if I am still tied to the insurance for 8 months. I was right, I would receive paper invoices free of charge for the rest of the year. Then I received another email that there was a bill on MijnIZA. Again filed a complaint, again received a message that it was not a complaint and that I could look for the request department myself. Called again, the telephone operator indicated that it is impossible that I have agreed to receive free paper invoices. When I insisted, after all, there was a legally valid agreement, this was still arranged. What a worthless club; first shift part of the work to the customer during a contract, then reject complaints without a valid reason and then fail to comply with agreements.
