went to jamacia july 3,2019 came back july 7.2019, the kiosk employee are horrible, lazy,, didnt want to help us, Then the layd in the southwest line, the one that ask question about your trip was lazy rude, Yall need to teach your employee to smile, yall get alot of oney from tourist,TSA LINE WAS HORRIBLE EVEYONE LOOKS MAD NOT SMILING RUDE EMPLOYEE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MUCH NEEDED IN JAMACIA AIRPORT, AMERICAN HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL TO CUSTOMERS
