We had some trouble with our dryer a few months ago and called L&B to come and fix it. They gave us the appointment date and then called the day BEFORE the appointment date and said they were on their way. We had to quickly clear out the dryer space for them before they arrived having not expected them until the next day. The repairman, who was curt and unfriendly, replaced a part in the dryer and it was working again. I asked him before he left if it needed a new timer because I suspected that it did. He said that the timer was fine and left. Two months later, the dryer completely stopped working. It was the timer. We called L&B again and they wanted to charge us the full amount to come out again even though they were just here and I asked about the timer while they were here. Where is the pride in their work? We had just spent almost $200 to get it fixed the first time only for it to last two months. Needless to say, we did not go with L&B Appliance for this repair.
