I worked at Elite a little bit ago for a summer, but felt an obligation to write a review as I keep seeing their job postings pop up. I think there are pros and cons for working here, which is why I gave it a 4 stars.

1. It is a HEAVY sales job, which I think was a little tricky to see from the job description. I know I was tricked a little bit but decided to still continue. You will be selling products (I sold DirectTV) at Sam's Clubs and Menards, to customers walking through the aisle. It can be very hard sometimes, especially on days where it seems like nobody wants

2. With that being said, if you like sales, this is probably one of the best sales jobs out there. I was not too much of a fan but I learned A LOT. I always got paid, got trained very well almost every day, and loved the interaction with customers who had good experiences. I was never encouraged to lie to any customer to make a sale.

3. Most importantly, the strongest asset of Elite is it's people. I absolutely loved my coworkers, account manager, and the CEO. They understand sales can be hard and defeating, and they go very much out of their way to help new people out to train or come to the store with them. Everyone who works there is very high energy and I believe truly look out for the newer younger members (like myself)

TL;DR: it's a pure sales commission job at department stores, but if you like sales the coworkers are great and this is probably one of the better sales companies out there. I had a great summer and learned a lot!
