It's like going to the "Cheers" of bicycle shops. They always know your name. They treat you with respect, provide quality service, and honesty. It is obvious that they love what they do and have a vast breadth of knowledge. After moving away from Alameda almost 20 years ago, I have returned to this shop because I could not find the level of excellence close to where I presently live. Can't say enough. Thanks Cycle City!
