Very disappointed to say that purchasing my new(er) vehicle here from Kumar was an awful experience. I drove an hour and a half to test drive the car and fell in love with it. 8 days later when I went to pick it up, it was a complete mess with scratches and tents and their response was it s a used vehicle . After waiting hours and begging for something to be done, they finally offered to get it buffed for me and then realized it wasn t buffed originally to hide the damage on the hood of the car. A few days later my driver side rear tire seemed to be losing air and after that, I had to put air in it every day since because ther was wheel locks on the tires but I was not given a key to get them off to get my tire fixed. A valid safety could not have been done at this dealership with out taking the wheels off with this key. After calling multiple times and being passed around from person to person, I was then asked to drive the hour and a half on a tire that doesn t hold air. Sad to say I will not be dealing with this dealership again and I will not be recommending it to anyone I know. Wishing my first car purchase was a better experience but thank you to Image Honda in Stoney Creek for cleaning up Toronto Honda and Kumar s mess.
