Every summer my family and I take a one week vacation at a hotel . This year was by far the worse hotel expirience we have ever had.
1. The Room : We prereserved 2 rooms for 2 families . When we got there ,they gave us 2 rooms in 2 completely different buildings and when we asked for closer rooms they refused.
When we finally got the card key to our rooms we found out that we can have only one card key and only with this key we can switch on the electricity in the room (We tried to use a regular card but it didn't work) hotel staff will not give you an extra key and if you loose the one you have you will be required to pay for a replacement. In case one of you wants to stay at the lobby and one of you gets first to the room without the key ,a bellboy will open your room door but you have to stay in the room without air-conditioning or lights untill the key will arrive.
2. Food: The food is very basic and very poor. After 3 days at the hotel restaurant we couldn't find anything to eat so we went outside to eat (We had paid for an all inclusive vacation and yet we found ourselves spending more money on other restaurants)
3. The crew : Every time we contacted someone from the hotel staff they gave us the feeling that we are doing something wrong by talking to them. It worked - at some point we just stopped talking to them only in case of an emergency.
4. "Water park" : There are only 2 pools in the hotel and 3 slides (which my 9 year old son could not use alone as he was too Short) . more over the only kids pool closes at 17:00 pm.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay at , do your self a favor and don't come near this place.
