Today we had our routine check and Mike Prater (our Vernon HAC tech) found in August a certain carbon monoxide leak we would experience when we started up our heater in the Fall. We had regular monitoring for seven years, so it was a shock to find out that "just like that" we went from safe to unsafe. I am grateful.
