Worst water service of anywhere I've lived, but customer service employees are nice on the phone. Problems likely more from policies, etc. determined by management and commission oversight. Inconsistent billing and they don't participate in banking online billing for auto payments once bill sent to bank. Most companies have been doing that 10 years or more. They offer to draft your account, but this is not the kind of company I would feel comfortable allowing to do that. And most utility companies have pro-active communications such as texting you before cutting service (Entergy for example). The local and state commissions should ask more of them in such areas before rubber stamping excessive penalties to turn water back on ($100 after hours...you don't know until after 5 pm if you work). Even if they prefer to get the penalty rather than offering communications and payment options of legit companies like Entergy, at least text customers when turned off so they can pursue getting it back on during the day. Guess they want the full $100 so better to not offer the courtesy. Please find a new company to manage the water service. P.S. And they never respond to reviews.
