My experience buying a graphics card from your web...

My experience buying a graphics card from your website was just horrible. First. I ask them if they have it in stock and they tell me yes, but on request. At this point I assume they have already spoken with their suppliers to verify stocks and I make the purchase.

On their website there were 4 pieces available, I go a few hours later and 0 pieces appear. Something that is quite strange to me because they are pieces that I had been observing and existence never changed apart from the fact that they are slow moving pieces because they are worth more than 40,000. At that time I think they realized that the provider did not have and updated their website.

Time passes and I am forced to look for them myself, since they did not inform me of anything, everything to confirm what I already knew. THEY NEVER CHECKED STOCKS AND LIED TO ME. They do not have in stock and offer me change for another piece. Pieces that they have for sale at unrealistic prices and higher than those of the competition.

I sent them another message on Facebook and they don't even have the decency to reply. I will have to wait days for the refund to be reflected on my card and all due to incompetence and poor attention to this lousy business.
