My salesman was very nice. But when it came down to business, he avoided specific questions and tried to pull a wool over my head. I felt like he saw me as a vulnerable shopper and was going to see how far he could make the sale go. He was completely unwilling to negotiate on price and even went so far as to say he was doing us a favor by not listing it higher. When I asked for a refund on my deposit for the vehicle, he told me they would have to mail it out. I waited a week. I went in person to pick it up and it was date stamped for that exact day. They were hoping I'd forget about it. I heard they were slimy and I can attest to it one hundred percent. Will never go there again.
