Surprisingly rude, with no reason their fellow worker was mocking my question by giving impossible "solutions" to my problems. She clearly was wasting my time because i am a foreigner.
I've never had problems like these, i'm quite a calm and respectful person and also surprised how they are still in business.
Shame.
