There's a hard lesson to be learned by choosing the wrong mechanic, which I have over and over. After getting taken dollar after dollar, I chose Winter Auto Repair. My van needed quite a bit of work, but the team at Winter was up for the challenge. The service was responsive, friendly and EXACTING. The price was communicated to me quickly before any work was done. After I agreed, Chris Winter and his team did a fantastic job to go the extra mile to make me happy. It goes to show that you can't skimp on good service. Although Winter Auto may be slightly higher than the rest, the work was done quickly and efficiently. When I picked up the car, I was greeted with friendly staff and quick checkout. Needless to say, Winter Auto went the extra mile and even did a few odds and ends (that I wasn't charged for) that needed to be done. The van rides perfectly and the work is guaranteed. Don't shop around, go right to Winter Auto. Highly recommended because I know the service business. Great Job, Chris Winter and Team!
