My husband and I recently renovated our kitchen (and by that I mean a total overhaul!), and decided to purchase cabinets from Kitchen World based on a recommendation from my in-laws. We had a wonderful experience with our designer Tom and my husband and I are very happy about our decision! The customer service was always friendly and helpful. We installed our cabinets ourselves, and I do think a little more instruction would have been helpful (for one cabinet in particular, we had to build up some bracing on the wall so that he cabinet had something to rest on and attach to - but a quick call to Tom assured us that we were doing the right thing). Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend Kitchen World.
