I was very happy with the prompt service. Grace & Sid were very professional - they fixed the immediate problem and explained in clear terms what the on-going issues would be, providing me with quotes for all available options. They even contacted the Water Board for me, as there was a problem coming from the mains which was the Board's responsibility. Would highly recommend.
