I participated in the household panel for several years. Although I adhered to all the guidelines on my part, the experience was extremely bad: No replies to e-mails, very unfriendly employees, long waiting times in the queue without an announcement. Since I - through whatever - could not access my account on the Internet, I now also lose the remaining points. Nielsen can do market research through people like me, so you should be able to expect appreciation.

Update: Not even a letter in the mail receives an answer. I wanted to clarify how I can send the scanner back, nothing! There will probably be a reminder next week. Communication is only expected and required from my side, nothing comes from the other side! And as predicted, I got sagar a reminder to submit the budget data, even though I quit three weeks ago!

For me it was an experience that I wouldn't have needed. Therefore, in the future, I will consider to whom and what I will make my precious time available.
