First I want to say that when I first visited David McDavid Honda of Frisco my first impression is what you experience at most dealerships, being hassled and sitting and waiting for hours, only to end up leaving with a day wasted. I have to say that I was impressed hands down by the service that I experienced. From my sales reps all the way to the finance manager. The process was as painless as possible for me. As for my visit to get my first oil change, everything was great. I appreciate being told an eta for the service and being provided with updates via text message with the status of my oil change. I was told that the shuttle could drop me off at the mall or another local shopping area, if I desired. First oil change went as expected. Even received a complimented car wash.
