I found my experience with the service department professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and courteous. However the most important attribute was TRUST! When you can trust the person you are dealing with it makes for a very smooth tranquil experience. I found Austin to be incredibly honest and intelligent in explaining my vehicles issues. He is such a people person! My experience with Troy, Brian, and Austin means I will be a long lasting customer . . . . and believe me when I have a great experience, I tell my friends and family! I walked in to a clean professional dealership and all my needs were met! My sincere appreciation and thanks to these three gentlemen of Mazda Clear Lake Service Department!
