Bought two brand new cars in December. Set up appointment a week in advance for a hitch to be installed and oil change. Arrived at appointment and parts were not ordered for hitch, so was told I had to return a different day. Then when the hitch was installed, the cover was not in stock so I was asked to return again another time. I was told it would be a "quick snap in cover" so I arrived at 7am to find out it was a hour long wait to get the part finished. Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in my 21 years owning Chevy vehicles, three of which I bought brand new. The fact I paid full price after all the screw ups is astonishing. I know for sure where my next new vehicle will not be bought.
