Had an awesome experience with JB and Alex in the snowboard department. These guys were not only knowledgeable, but super pleasant and patient when helping me try on snowboard boots.

These guys must have their sales tracked or work on commission, but they had a no pressure, customer service based approach.

I hope to come back and buy a pair once I m done with my research. Service like that makes me want to drop my cash there.

*Update* - They have a strict "no refund/Exchange only" return policy. Make sure you will not be returning any expensive items, otherwise you'll be stuck trying to figure out how to spend store credit on things you don't necessarily need or budget for.

Keeping it at 5 stars because I want to support local, support the kids that work there and they have a right to set their own policies. I just wish they would mention that upon checkout, especially for large purchases.
