I went to Northern Protocol 2 years ago in hopes that they could help me build a personal computer. The customer service and overall friendliness I encountered was extraordinary. They were 100% willing to help and work with me to give me the best product that was within my price range. From the list of parts I had given them they offered advice on which to stick with, and which to avoid or change. Being a computer building novice at the time, this advice was extremely helpful. I ended up with a product within my budget, that was actually above and beyond my expectations going into the purchase.

The computer 2 years later is still in great working condition and I consider it one of the smartest investments I've ever made. I have zero complaints, and I look forward to my next interaction with the very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. If you live in Barrie or the surrounding area and are in need of any kind of computer service, Northern Protocol is the way to go!
