Oh my God, it reassures me and relieves me at the same time to see all these comments, all these opinions from other people, who have also been harmed by Electrabel! It's really crazy!
And I can confirm in turn that never in my entire life have I had so many problems with an energy supplier!
I was a customer with them and I bitterly regretted it, believe me!

Overcharging, problems with index statements, unexplained and sudden increases in the amount of monthly invoices, promotions that do not apply to invoices and annual statements and that you are obliged to claim yourself several times , errors in invoices, erroneous figures, telephone service most often unreachable or online agents who are rude and unfriendly, threats sent by email, harassment by letters, emails, calls, SMS, quality of deplorable service, emails and mails that are sent to them and to which they never respond, in short, and so on ...

I finally left them, and I filed a complaint but that did not prevent them from mandating bailiff and debt recovery firms and harassing me for many months! Harassment with a capital H believe me!

Frankly, I address myself to all Belgians: Flee this business! Never in life subscribe to them! You would regret it bitterly!
This company represents everything that is wrong in this country! To flee like the plague! Good advice to all those who are customers there: End your contract as soon as possible and get out of the competition as quickly as possible, they are much better, believe me!
