I recently purchased some gaskets from this company and I have to say that I was underwhelmed. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, but the customer service was lacking. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I had some questions about the products and it took a while to get a response. The quality of the gaskets was average and I expected better for the price. Overall, I felt like the experience was just okay. Hopefully they can improve their communication and product quality to better meet customer expectations.
