I would rate 5 stars overall; however, my experience changed after I purchased a vehicle. This is causing me to bring it down to 2 stars. I was hesitant to write a poor review as I don't think it is fair without giving the business the opportunity to make it right. I gave them ample opportunity to no avail. Details below.

The car I was interested in only had one key fob, but I was assured by Robert Woods that they would find the other key fob or get one made for me if they weren't able to find it. However, as soon as I purchased the vehicle, I did not hear from the dealer again. I reached out no fewer than 8 times via text and calls. For the text messages to Robert, he stopped responding as soon as I purchased the vehicle. I called the dealership numerous times and spoke with Robert and with other individuals in service and sales with zero luck. They said they would "look into it and let me know what they found out." Not once did I receive a call back - very disappointing.
