I wish i could give them zero stars. They are very dodgy! One should have one account even when they move houses. I actually had credit that was just sitting at all the other houses i have stayed (even though its in the same name), however they were not transferring the money to my new account but instead billing me and threatening me with new bills and late fees. Whats the point of electronic system if it cant prevent situations like this from happening.
