As an employer, McBride stinks. They take advantage of my wife's good nature, having her work way past her contracted finishing time of 5pm, every single day. They won't pay full overtime, so offer time off in lieu, but she can't ever take it because they are short-staffed! As I write this, she's still at work at 9pm, having started at 8.30am.
Employ more staff, they are obviously needed!
