With this mutual one must never change banks! 2 months that I asked them for an update of my RIB, and so far absolutely nothing has happened. Almost a dozen reminders and calls, I walk service in service with always the same response by mail "the necessary has been done"
Very wrong! it is always the coordinates of my old account (obviously closed) that are registered.
I am very well attended at this time medical level with often advances of expenses and suddenly I no longer receive my refunds!
Inadmissible !!!
