Beware. These guys used to be honest but my previous experience with them will be my last. Been a customer for a couple of years, so when they sold my an item which didn't work properly I didn't expect any trouble when I took it in for an exchange. They said it might be some weeks before it was replaced but if I bought a new (different) model they would refund my money if the original was replaced boxed (unopened) by the manufacturer.

I didn't mind the extra outlay, but a week later when the original item was replaced (unopened) by the manufacturer, and I came to collect my refund, the customer services representative swore at me and then said they wouldn't give me the full refund because their price had now gone down(!). Then the original employee appeared and denied promising to refund the money!

Funny part is though, I recorded the conversation. Soon to be broadcast :-) Don't buy from these scam artists.
