Location is perfect 5 meters from shinjuku Station...

Location is perfect 5 meters from shinjuku Station.
Rooms are tiny but very ok for tokyo.
I give 2 stars because the room I got was just terribly dirty! Hairs and hair on and in the bed, in the bathroom on the soap pusher toilet and so on.

Absolutely abnormal for any hotel. Especially for this category of hotel .
