DTS is the best training I have ever been apart of. As a Division 1 Athlete I have trained with many people and the knowledge at DTS is far more superior. The results I have seen while training at DTS for over 6 years now has been the biggest help to getting me to where I am in my career. They have been with me every step of the way and I wouldn't train anywhere else.
