First off the feel is like being in a dungeon. Outside is nice but the seats and tables are dirty. Had to clean them myself. Several drinks were out. And it took them 20 minutes to replace them. By this time I m done and walking out. Very bad service with a smile. The burgers are not exceptional. The bacon wasn t cooked all the way. This is the first and last time I ll ever eat at a smash burger. I would be embarrassed to have my name associated with this company. When they finally did replenish the drinks, they didn t even come and tell me. This is among the top 10 worst places I have ever been.
