I have been a property owner and customer of Bay Area Property Management for several years now. David, the owner, is always very responsive. The team is always courteous and ready to help. I have been very happy with the tenants that they have matched us up with. In terms of home maintenance, they are responsive to the tenant's needs and are quick to give me an update if there are problems. I know can count on Brett if I have questions or concerns that need to be addressed. They are focused on what is best for the property owner while still make sure we have satisfied tenants. I would highly recommend this property management team.
