I bought a new house in webster and Isaac just put a new furnance in the house 2 years ago and they have the nerve to try to get me to pay $509.76 for a 2 year maintenance agreement. And they think is a good deal. Let me tell you if the furnance is 2 years old and it breaks down within the next 2 years that needs service for over $500 you did a crappy job. I have used Isaac in the past and the service has been very good, but at my old house they quoted me over 2K more for the same furance I received elsewhere. It's too bad because the customer service is good, answer calls right away and the service reps are good at showing up on time. But get real on these Gold Seal rip offs. I know Gold prices but doesn't give you the right to even push that on potential customers. Stop this practice it's like your following a car salesman approach!!! Also I have to call Bull on whoever Jolene Pinney is, becasue it has to be someone either related or is doing some type of marketing for Isaac, no one would ever rate her comments as Helpful unless you were a cheerleader. Seriously how many customers do you have that look up for your service call you HVAC,Just trying to beat the system, come on Isaac you're better than this, get real.
