Greg and John and the entire SCMG team did an amazing job with my refi. It was the second refi that I have done with them. With the second one, the appraisal didn't come in as high as anticipated but instead of just accepting a higher rate. The SCMG team worked with the credit bureau to get an updated credit score that would keep me at the anticipated rate. Above and beyond!
